See map below for parking instructions or visit the Myrtle Beach Convention Center’s website for more detailed information.
When I arrive, where do I go?
After parking in the main lot, enter through main doors and head to Exhibit Hall A.
Will there be a silent auction again this year?
We will not be offering a silent auction this year, but are excited to add a new offering to the event - a Gift Card Wall! For a donation of $20, you can select a mystery gift card from the wall, valued at anywhere between $20 - $200. Our Mystery Wine Wall will also return, in addition to raffles.
What should I wear?
There is not an “official” dress code for Compassion Through Fashion, but since fashion is in the name, your best fashion forward attire is appreciated (cocktail attire is typical for most guests).
Apart from the Fashion Show, what else will be offered at CTF?
In addition to the fashion show, guests can enjoy beer, wine, & heavy hors d'oeuvres from local food venders, our signature mystery wine wall, a gift card wall, 360 photo booth, photo ops, and live entertainment featuring a special guest.
What non-alcoholic options will there be?
Sprite, Coke, and water will be available.
I can’t attend in-person, how can I watch online?
CTF 2024 will be live-streamed on Facebook and Youtube.
Where can I vote for my favorite designer for People’s Choice?
Voting will open at the beginning of the fashion show and will close after the runway portion of the show is completed. Each attendee (whether watching in-person or online) is entitled to one vote for their favorite designer. Voting will be available at www.helpnewdirections.org/vote
How do I buy items from the Wine Wall, Gift Card Wall, or Raffle Tickets?
Available to in-person guests, purchases from the wine wall, gift card wall, or raffle tickets, can be made with cash or through our mobile check-out system. A card must be on file to make purchases. You may add a card prior to the event by registering here. Current ticketholders are already registered - please use the email you provided when purchasing tickets.
How do I make a donation?
You may donate directly to our Compassion Through Fashion campaign, mobile check-out site at the event, or to your favorite designer or model’s fundraising campaign if they have elected to fundraise for New Directions. You may also make a donation via check or cash in person at the event, or mail to P.O. Box 2922, Myrtle Beach, SC 29577 (please make checks payable to New Directions).
How long is the fashion show? How long is the event?
